after the lousy day yesterday Poppy came over & i had a session with her & for the first time in months i slept without pain.

Sounds fab, a good nights sleep must be an absolutly enormous relief, hope it continues.

That makes more sense now! Never had bowen on me (don't spend the £ on me that the horses get!!) but both our mares have a bowen lady regularly and the difference in them is really noticable even if there were no probs we knew of beforehand.
