After my post last night http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=359557 i got in at the docs and she has said everything i am feeling is due to the bad case of swine flu, she looked at all my results and said i was border line for been addmitted into hospital when i had the flu so my body took a hammering 
she has asked me to go for fasting bloods on the 15th to have a look at everything else. In the mean time im on multi vitamins, omega 3 and vit c i bought them yesterday she said keep up with them. She said it can take between 4 to 6 months to feel better after the flu. Also she said my cold spot does not look like one 
she didnt say what it was but has gave me some cream. So fingers crossed my bloods will be ok and when vits kick in i will feel better. Thank you for all your messages xx
