ive decided about my mare pink

i have decided against my wife not to dress my mare in pink but in another colour not too sure what colour-she is a 16.3hh 3 year old bay trakehner.What colour should i choose?do particular colour horses have a colour that suites them?

god are u really this concerned about what colour rug to put on your mare or whatever... that you have to post 4 times about it????
Bays look good in white bandages and numnahs i think, rug wise in the field its goin to get covered in mud anyway and stable i dont know... blue? purple?

surely it should be what fits rather than the colour??

I have a 17.2 chestnut gelding Trakehner and he wears whatever fits - i must add most are rambos so are blue or black but I have got some baby blues, pinks and purples on him too - he looks great!!!

Had a great plan when we bought our dark grey mare to dress her in hunter green - then the trend came in for everything to be pink or purple and I couldn't get green rugs etc for love nor money.
She also has to have Rambo or Mark Todd t/o rugs as they're the only ones that fit her
So now she has all the colours of the rainbow including a shocking pink fleece from Shires (at least no-one 'borrows' it by mistake!) but I do have a lovely hunter green Thermatex and a nylon show sheet that came from the USA!

My bay Trakhener mare wears white, dark green, black, or if I'm in a dafy silly mood she wears vivid blue. Her bandages and saddle pads always match because I'm a bit sad like that hehe

My bay newfie has a purple weatherbeeta rug(light purple on top, dark on bottom), she has this because it was the only colour the merchant had in her size when she needed the rug

my bay wears white, red, royal blue or hunter green. all suit him well. Never tried yellow actually..hmmm!! As for rugs iot doesnt matter, if it does the job then great!
