ok so ive got £2000 to spend. after a youngster - yearling to a 3-4 year old prefer filly but not essential.must make at least 16hh mark. a project, with a view to keep to event if shows enough potentail. got only a few weeks to find one for various reasons. Im in north yorkshire. Anyone one seen any or reccomend any breeders etc?
 
I've just brought exactly what you describe - A two and half year old filly, to make 16.1 AA/ISH with the idea of eventing, for £2000. there are loads about so think you'll easily find what you are looking for! Sorry not very helpful post but hopefully encouraging -and all the ones I saw were SE area!
 
Lots and lots down here for that price, there are numerous breeders in Devon and Cornwall.
It's worth deciding to view some and drive down and stay B and B, you can buy horses here that cost three times as much elswhere. ie three year old 3/4 TB 16 1 hh gelding under £2000, matured into a lovely 16.3 hh show hunter worth a bomb now, one of my London liveries bought him, left him here until 4 then took him home backed.
 
You can always have Spring !!:) She should event easily (her grand dam was Ask For Mary, an advanced that Caroline Pratt rode) she should make 16.2 plus, only trouble is she's only two next March so you'd have a while to wait!
