I've just been conned - help

The police were very interested when someone tried to defraud me via ebay (bought some heras panels, paid for them and he sent me an empty envelope recorded delivery so ebay said I had received the goods - 6 heras panels in an envelope???). I notified the police about the fraud even after Paypal had finally refunded my money, and they were all set to take action. I don't know what they did - seller was in the area of a different force, but they certainly didn't dismiss it.

I wonder if that's really her or if that's really her or if someone has taken the profile of someone else?

Or if it is her, perhaps she has some serious behavioural issues? Not that I'm condoning what she's done at all, but it would make sense for her personal profile to be so brazen, and how her parents seem to keep bailing her out. It's all very, very odd.

I believe it is her real Facebook profile as I used that and other details to also search on Companies House database (her Dad is a Director of a business in London) which then gave me her home address. It was only when I told her that I knew all of this info that I finally got my refund and she apologised. It was only £50 but I was so angry about the whole thing and even more angry now to hear that she is still doing this and her parents appear to be condoning her behaviour! Also that she is using frauded money to sub her showing and horse escapades. If that was my kid and I knew about what they were getting up to of a criminal nature I would not be letting them swan around carrying on with lifes' little treats such as expensive horses! Unless she has some serious mental issue (which still doesn't excuse it in my book) then she really deserves to get in serious trouble with the police and I hope she does.

Blimey. It all seems very strange indeed. It is shocking that the police seem to be very uninterested but more unfortunate that despite the fact she clearly wants for nothing, that her parents are so blasé about it.
