Taking my baby cob to Ivesley show tomorrow, I might just put him in the fancy dress for a laugh

Had a fantastic day at Ivesley, beautiful venue, just wish I had the guts to try the xc course, it looks like fun

They have a lot of schooling days where you can have a no pressure pop round. It's a lovely course especially for a first go

Could I do it at a trot, lol, I'm no speed freak these days

You can pay £18 and go down there most days for an hour's practice! Great if you want to have the course to yourself....go at any speed you like then too

I don't see why not! Think the first class is about 2' maximum.

I took my boy to Ivesley on Monday for his first XC on his own (he went round little whit behind 2 others and didn't look or stop), we trotted round the 55cm course and then got brave and had a whale of a time cantering round having a ball Lovely little course, High Plains is good for youngsters too

A young girl at my yard did ivesley as her 1st step up to a 75cm xc course & she loved it, apparently a lovely course. I've never been myself although I keep meaning to
