I went to my local tackshop in search of Ivory/Off white/Cream breeches today but couldn't find any the right colour or that I liked.

White looks far to stark but its that or beige (which is too dark and more like brown) at the moment and they just don't look very smart.

Has anyone got any recommendations of where I can find breeches this colour that wash well, and preferably have a full seat? I'm not to fussed about price so long as they are worth it!

I have some Caldene ones that are cream they have been good quality and survived quite a few washes and eventing this season. I would describe the colour as yellowy but not canary if that makes sense?

Yeah thats the kind of thing i'm after. Sometimes it comes under 'champagne' or cream etc. Basically white but not as stark!

My pikeur breeches are ivory, full seat, high waisted, and have worn v well. About the £90-100 mark, not expensive for competition breeches.
They are not yellow at all and def not white (can't stand teenage girls at SJ with see through white breeches on)
Hope this helps.

Mark Todd does ivory breeches with straping on the knee area only. <£60 and v smart, be careful how you wash them. They need 30oC - washed them on 40 and the stitching shrank - not good!

Thanks!

I think i'll look into the Pikeur ones, I really like Cavallo and Eurostar for washability and cut so they might be similar.
