I never thought I would be someone to mark their dog's birthday but here we are. ? Our sweet girl turned three yesterday (assuming we were given the right info about her racing identity). Her first birthday with us and since leaving racing so I'd like to think a special one.

She's been spoiled with a new toy, already decapitated and minus both wings. Sorry duck... Plus some various chewable bits of animal to enjoy over the next week or so. Today was a fish skin roll thingy.

Winning chewable bit of animal has to be the pizzle. Lasted well over an hour and was hard enough work that she had to take a couple of breaks before finishing it!

Duck, aside from being decapitated and losing its wings, has survived quite well. It's a minimal and eco stuffing toy anyway but she's not continued trying to disembowel it yet seems to still be enjoying picking it up to shake.
