Son wants to try hunting with his pony club, but needs a twwed jacket. I can't find a second hand one in his size anywhere & there is no way I am going to buy a new jacket for a 14 yo! He grew out of his last jacket in 6 months. I can find reasonably priced new black jackets, but tweed are all over £100 in man sizes. Can you hire jackets from anywhere. I am in North Beds. (Tried mine which fits round the chest, but not the waist LOL).
 
I suppose Sandon Saddlery in Herts is way too far way? They have loads of second hand ones!
There must be someone, somewhere who has one to get rid of, I can't help as my kids aren't that big yet! :-)
 
Nothing in the right size. I'm checking every day. He needs something for jumping by 28/1 as he has out grown the black jacket the fitted him mid december - hence why I want something cheap!
 
Have you been to Catlips in Rickmansworth-not too far depending on where you are in Beds?They have LOADS, if you rummaging you might find something nice and can guarentee you it will be cheap!
 
calcutt and son, based in hampshire...i think, google them though and you sould be able to get a phone number at least, used to do a lot of good second hand gear though and postage shouldnt be that much
