On HHO news page - out of interest, why has Mrs Gray been allowed to so far only pay £5 of her penalty? Makes a mockery of the whole system if they aren't forced to pay. I can't imagine Jamie Gray will pay much of his £600k bill back...

I was under the impression that the RPSCA had a lien on his property or it had been seized to pay fines costs etc..

Yeah, I think they have for him but not for her? She gets fined seperately I believe. Mr Grays house was sold for 1.2 million or something though, so he'll still have plenty left in the bank after all this...
