Yes truly a brave woman.
I think how people cope with a terminal diagnosis is very different, some like Jane say Bugger it and get on with living their life to the full, others quietly give up and await what will be.
I don't think anyone can predict how they will cope either, people who live to the full like Jane are very few and far between,, it was easy to forget that not only was she coping with the physical presence of terminal cancer, but the mental aspect too.
My condolences to her family, who although they must desperately miss her, must feel so proud of the impact worldwide she had in raising the profile of cancer and giving hope to thusands of sufferers.
