Now I know that horses are generally that bit cheaper to buy coming up to and in the midst of winter, but after discussing this with a friend, do you think that you have a greater chance of getting a bargain specifically in January??
Surely no one would be chosing to sell at this time, if they had time to wait for a sale they would be waiting a few more months till the spring? right?? Or wrong??!
(Friend likes a horse out of his price range and we were discussing the chances of haggling down to what he can afford)
