So my cob has been off with sore feet for a few weeks, vet came last week said he now seems fine frogs healing nicely although back ones still have crevices and are soft and front one has a deep crevice but is nice and dry and hard.
Vet said he can now start working again so saturday i took him for a 30 min hack in walk but he is doing something strange, every now and again (no pattern to it) As he puts his front foot down it feels like his knee gives way for a second and jars? He did it maybe 5-6 times on the hack, doesnt seem to bother him?
He also seemed to lack energy? he is 4 coming 5.
He is perfectly sound so not sure if this is still to do with his feet (maybe catches a stone in his heal and still feels sore??) or something different? any ideas welcome? Maybe to soon to restart work? (was vets advice)
vet is back next week so if he is the same this week will discuss it with her then.
