Jumping And Style - SJs and indoor XC fences jumped and judged on jumping penalties and style marks - and there is an optimum time and you incur time penalties if you go over this.

It is run by British Eventing - I figure anyone can enter but not sure whether you can be competitive if you are not affiliated, but I am sure someone who takes part will verify that for you

You just have to pay a bit extra if you are not a BE member

It's £5 extra a class if you're not a BE member I think.
