Hi,

I sold Jasper in Christmas 2004/January 2005, to a Belinda Palfrey of Guiting Power, Temple Guiting area near Cheltenham. He was kept at NewTown Farm, or something, perhaps Newton Farm.

He's 14.1hh, would be about 20 ish now, maybe a little over that to22. He has a white star and a bit of a stripe, slightly wonky though. Liver chestnut, white hinds, one sock and one coronet. Had a flaxen mane and tail, and quite a distinct square shaped bum! He was freezemarked but for the life of me I can't remember what the marking is- it's under the saddle though.

He was a rough and ready hunting pony, loved a bit of XC, liked hacking though could be a bit nappy- just planting feet a bit, if he thought he could when hacked alone. Liked Sj too- wasn't spooky either, but not a fan of dressage- don't think he knew the phrase 'round'.

I'd love to know how he's getting on, and any news good or bad would be much, much appreciated.

Hi
I brought Jasper from you for Jim Murray-Jones, he is still with them and has now also taught Thea the daughter to ride. He has hunted brilliantly, loves it and given confidence to many people who have ridden him, he has been brilliant at Cross Country and Show Jumping and won many rosettes, dressage has never been his strong point but competed in several ode! he loves fun rides and his only naughty thing is rolling when he gets tired or sweaty! He is a darling pony and very much loved and still going strong! Only just found your message so hence not got back till now
