Does anyone have a Jeffries Perflexion saddle? If so what do you think of it? I have been offered one that is nearly new at a brilliant price, however I can't find anything about them online as they no longer make them new. Anyone know what the 'Perflexion' bit is about? What makes them different and is it just a gimmick? Looking at the saddle for my TB.

Cheers!

I have a perflexion, well I did before my OH pinched it for his horse

It is a GP style with the most soft & comfortable seat I have ever sat in. Almost feels like a gel seat! Knee rolls nice & soft aswell. I love it and wish I could get another but in a smaller size seat.

The seat isn't too deep and I used it for lower levels of jumping, both XC & SJ until I got myself a seperate jumping saddle.

I have spent many hours hacking in it and have never got sore.

I don't think they are gimmicky, just a different style which they happen to have called perflexion.

Thanks for that..

The saddle does look lovely, though its a 17" so not sure the seat will be big enough for my large arse...

Would want it to do a bit of everything in, though I already have a jump saddle so probably mostly for hacking/schooling. Will give it a try at the weekend.

Cheers!

I absolutely love mine! Bought it off Ebay - nearly new and had the bonus of being fitted with Flair. Got my saddler to check it out and even with his fitting costs all in all it cost me £450 - and that's 3 years ago when prices were steep! It is probably the comfiest saddle I have ever ridden in! If its a good price and it fits your horse go girl go!!!!
