After only one week of saddle searching (feels like a lifetime) I think I may have found the One....though I haven't actually tried this particular one on his back yet - I am trying to arrange this..
I tried a Falcon Hawk Event on him (it was lovely) and though the tree fits him my instructor thinks he would benefit by something cut back from his shoulders so I'm now looking at the Stamford.
Does anyone have anything good/bad to say about them?
Am I right in thinking that it is only the flaps that are different and the tree will be the same fit on him?
I am hoping to do a little bit of everything in it.
Feeling rather excited - how sad

I had one before Spring out-grew it, was also on my last horse. I absolutely adored it. So comfy and I happily jumped and went xc in it. Spring can throw in enormous bucks and I always felt secure and happy in it despite it being so straight cut. They are very smart looking too. Would definitely get another.
