If JG is going to the RC of J today to get immediate repossesion of his animals and the case is won (God forbid) then surely the passport issue can come into play.
It is an offence to transport an animal without a passport - so when he arrives to pick up the animals he must have to produce a passport for each animal which is recorded in his ownership (they should by law be recorded in his ownership as he has owned them for more than 30 days).
I would like to bet that he cant fulfill that one and it will at least buy time
The other animals which are due to go to the sale of course cant be sold unless they have a passport as well
I know the sanctuaries are probably aware of all this but just thought it worth a post so that everyone is enlightened
