Job Trial

If you were trialing someone to work on your riding centre and to school your horses what would you expect that person to do.

I went on a trial today and despite being very dissapointed in the upkeep of the place and the care of the horses i was very upset in how the trial was conducted.

Having never owned a riding school, but worked/helped out at plenty.. the drill for me was generally, basic horse handling (head collar ect), grooming, sweeping the yard/doing the muck heap, a bit of riding.
