Ok so I work part time to help out with costs at home while im at uni...I only go to uni two days a week and I work at a coffee bar three mornings in the week with my weekends off...
Ive just been offered a fab new job escorting rides all day wednesday at a great farm....lovely atmosphere and should work out well...hopefully my days will increase to two and that will be all the hours I need...until then im hoping to shortern my hours down at the coffee bar or even quit and start a job at a pub...
problem is im stuck what to do and need some advice...
At the moment this is what it works out as -
wed, thur and fri - 6.30am - 12.30 pm and weekends off working at the coffee bar which is fab but the atmosphere and staff are horrible...I also get paid holidays...so quite reluctant to leave really...Or
1 full day on wed working at the farm, two mornings at the coffee bar ...with maybe the chance to increase farm work in the summer?
Or 1 full day at the farm, two evenings a week in a friendly pub...paid more at the pub and the people are nice and friendly...
Problem I have is the farm and pub are 8 miles down the road from me where the coffee place is in walking distance...I know you are going to say I am mad to leave the coffee bar but I cant stand it, ive been there 7 months and I havent been paid proberly, the boss is awful and the staff just cant be bothered so I get left all the rubbish jobs....
I finish uni in may and im planning to work full time till mid july - I cant bear the thought of working more than I have to at the coffee bar, where the pub idea doesnt seem such a bad one and once I return to uni 5 days a week in september I would be able to alternate my evenings around this....
What would you do...?? Ekkkk??? I know its self indulgent but im really stuck....
