So, after the horse I ride scraped me on the fence last week, I need some new ones. Unfortunately I'd just been to a show, so was wearing beige ones

Now I need a normal pair and a show pair!! Grr, at least I don't have to pay for a horse as well as all this clothing I need!!

Anyway, ramble over! Been looking for some new ones, and just wondered seeing as next to my hat and possibly boots they are the most important things to get right - what's everyones favourite brand/pair??

In terms of price and quality, I quite like Shires ones, they have a very wide selection and their prices aren't unreasonable.

I don't see the point in paying £60 in an average tack shop for a pair that will be wrecked if I come off!

i really like derby houses own breeches, £20 for them , i have the brown ones & they are fab

my harry hall ones where fab! so comfy until i put weight and now the button pops off everytime i sit down or get on

!!!!! they lasted me ages and were really good quality and really cheap aswell form the local tack shop which is normally VERY expensive lol! hope that helps!

I ditto the derby house own breeches, i also have them in brown lol i love them. Also i just got the COOLEST jods....they're "loveson" and are black with diamantes across the lower back of them hehe

I totally love my Mountain Horse 2 tone ones. They fit really well & don't move about. I've had them for quite a while now, wear them every day, have washed them quite a lot & they're just as good as the day I got them. Not at all worn or baggy.

I rate the Gorringe ones, they are comfy and very hardwearing.

For daily home ones, I love my Dublin Supafit ones which I won in a competition! They've been really hard wearing and although cheap, dont have that thin low-quality feel at all.

For competition use, nothing beats my Eurostars. LOVE them!
