I am schooling my mare in the arena 3 times a week. She's a lively ride anyway but when I want her to relax and stretch in walk she jogs all the time. Any tips to get her to relax please?

Relax yourself, and ride her on the buckle.
The horse I ride sometimes does this, I do this, it takes a while for her to calm, but she eventually does.

This gets really old, really fast, doesnt it. One of mine used to do that, and probably still would if we had an arena to ride in
I used to just sit there, holding the reins loosely and wait for him to jog it out, whilst sighing heavily and waiting for him to begin work! Also, lots of circles, surpentines, ribbony lines down the centre lane etc to make him think about work rather than jogging sideways and spooking at the markets

PF is a jogger as well. When she starts, I leg yield her or flex her neck left and right on a long rein and if that doesn't work, pop her on a smallish circle. Eventually they settle.
