hi has anyone got hold of john dyer yet, his answer phone says there will be an auction in march, but cant see how as you cant get hold of him. Cambridge police are now looking into this, and iv been advised by them to let anybody who is owed money from the sale by him to contact them.
 
well he put on Novembers sale, and just before jan sale cheques were sent out and bounced. took the money at jan sale and not paid out. nobody can get hold of him but his answer phone says there will be a sale in march,but cant see how if you cant speak to him to book anything in. i have a crime ref no. so the police are looking into it.
 
God knows where he has gone, someone did say Spain, dont know how true that is though.
He is in with a few people in Kent and also some that I know of in the Essex area, if you want any details of there names or anything pm me
 
I have spoken with John Dyer today at great length about all of this. From my understanding he is trying hard to get the situation resolved and I am prepared to give him time to make a settlement on my lorry sale. I realise others may not be in a similar situation but I beleive him when he tells me that a resolution will be found for all. He is not in hiding, the reason he said to me for sale cancellation is that insufficient numbers of horses were being brought to cover his expenses. Give the man a chance I say.
 
Please call me and let me know what your crime ref no is mine is CC-18-02-09-0166 I have now been told that coz i can prove the nov lots were all bounced he took the lots in jan knowing full well they were not going to be paid out on and kept the lot - that is actually obtaining goods by deception and fraud for which when i ahve spoken to leic police later and prove that they will issue a warrant for his arrest! Thank god!!
 
I think you will find he will say these things to bide him time - he has done these things before up here in Leicestershire then did a runner down to Cambridge! I feel very sorry for the money your out of pocket - im in the same situation but believe me there are some things he has told me about on the phone every week for the last month and my patience is waring thin - as soon as he found out i knew about his past - guess what i have not heard from him since - i will be taking him to court coz all the law in the land if he couldnt pay people from Nov and the numbers were low in the sale for Jan - he knew he would not be able to pay the jan lot - I do know for a fact he has already told Lordsbridge that he will not be holding any more sales down there full stop -emm wounder why his website says next sale March then??!! H e even offered to BUNG me some cash if i could sell a horsebox for me - which you are welcome to the recorded message to take to the police if it would help you?
