Be very alert the whole time- you wont get bored, thats for sure!!
He says words instead of letters fairly often- K is Katy etc which can be slightly confusing at times.....
He's very nice though and worth going to.
he trained at the spanish riding school and is a god! the lessons i had were fantastic tho he had little chance of turning chestnut former race mare into a dressage horse!!
I think he is not particularly effective, he says very odd things (funny not-scary) and will get you to go around cones and things. He is a nice person and will make the lesson fun, but it depends on what you are looking for.
I have not seen a horse improve during a lesson with him but I would suggest that you go to the lesson and see how you feel as it might have just been that he wasn't suitable for me and my horse.
He's very well thought of and highly respected- maybe you just caught him on a bad day!!
He always managed to squeeze something extra out of my boy and he always help me get him relaxed and happy.
Hes amazing. works very closely to you on the floor and did alot of work in walk with me when i had my first lesson with him (walk half pass, travers etc.). Very dramatic as he was once heavily into figure skating. He also carried polos to give to the horses. A very nice man!
