Hello all!
I finally have the opportunity to buy a John Whitaker saddle for my pony! Either the Ultimate Close Contact or the Young Rider one. Basically, if you have one, what breed/build is your horse?? I don't actually know what breed my pony is...she's looks like a Connemara type I think (well, she's a dappled grey haha
)? She's delfinatly not heavy build! The ones I am interested in are a bargain price, so if it won't fit her I suppose I can just sell it and buy another make that will! I will be getting a saddle fitter out to check it before I use it obviously! She is currently in a wide gullet in her T4 thorowgood. So yeah, give your opinions on how you have found them and what type horses you use them on...and what breeds won't fit them!
