hi all, just a quick post; firstly sorry to start a new thread, i did search some old joint supplement threads and had a read through but not many answered what i was looking for..
i have been speaking to my previous share horses owner, and he said she is starting to 'click' when she is walking, i dont know what part exactly as he didnt say, but it is her quarters so could be stifle hip etc, so ive been looking online for some joint supplements for him to start putting her on; yes he will be asking vet for advice but we both agreed that as she doesnt have great conformation anyway, it cant hurt.
ive been searching the net and have found good reviews on: blue chip dynamic- he fed the original balancer and still does, so will be a small-ish change, cortaflex HA solution, equine america kentucky joint liquid, and maxavita maxaflex, all of these have great reviews, but they all seem to do the same thing but at different prices! if any of you have any experiences on either/all of these, please share them so i can help leona be as comfy as poss! thanks if you have got this far! :)

When my mare started to click so to speak i put her on glucosamine and msm from Equine America. Its about £17 a tub and lasts for ages. Oh and it really works too ;)

I really rate equimins products highly. Their flexijoint with bromalin is fab and really works plus if it doesn't, they will refund all your money so nothing to lose which is why I tried it after wasting so much money to see no results. My old lad was bunny hoping along the field!! But winter will be the big tell tell for me but I'm v impressed.

Its just one tub with both supplements in it mixed together, so there's no faffing about. You just give 1 or 2 scoops (scoop is included in tub) a day.

Synoquin is one of the best products, pure ingredients and not filled with "fillers". Check with your Vet about this, we have a few horses on our yard on it and they are much better for it. Its expensive when using the loading dose but then it works out cheaper.
