Hi 
Just wondering what joint supplements people would recommend?
We have a veteran arab mare around 20 years old, she was used as a jumping pony in her younger days. She is quite stiff particularly when she has been in a stable for a length of time (she comes in for a few hours to be fed during the day in the summer and stabled over night in the winter) but it does seem to ease slightly when she is in the field and moving about.
A friend has recommended cod liver oil, so going to try this first of all, but may be looking for alternatives depending on how she gets on.

he gets micronised linseed not clo and I would recommend boswellia as an anti inflammatory
