I have a mare that punctured her fetlock 18 months ago, came sound but is slightly uncomfortable in wet / v. muddy / boggy ground. Through the winter I have been giving her a joint supplement - Synequin - which she has been very happy on. Was wondering if anyone had tried the Litovet supplement, which I believe is based on Rosehip, and whether it had made a difference ? I like the idae of something more 'natural'

Hi

My friend buys Litovet online and was really impressed. She uses it on her 17hh hunter and noticed it made a difference in the way her horse moved and his attitude to work. We noticed most though when it ran out and had forgot to buy more, he came off it for a while and there was a huge difference - he was much stiffer. She even uses it on her 14 year old dog that is now almost sound after being hopping lame! Definitely worth a try especially if you want something more natural.
