Can anyone recommend a joint supplement please?

dog is a 4yr old Boxer which fractured ulna/ achilles break in Sept 2009.

Is now sound and back to full exercise but stiff in the hock area in the morning.

Have tried Blue Chip - Mobile Bones but I think i need something a bit better.
The chews my vet sells are useless and expensive.

He is currently having a glucosamine/ green lipped mussel joint chew in the morning but I could do with something with a bit more power i think.

any suggestions?

One of my working Springers has arthritis in one of his elbows and I have recently started him on a product called "Stride Plus"
http://www.viovet.co.uk/p1270/Strid...ine_and_Chondroitin_-_200ml/product_info.html

He has been on it for 2 weeks now and he is much better, far less lame.

All my dogs live outside and he has been fine in this cold weather.

For the first 500 mls it works out to cost 37p each day and then it will cost 28p a day.

I also have started him on Hills scientific Jc diet this is expensive but I believe it is very good too.

Good morning I Use cortaflex on my horse and old (17 yo) labby. It has shown very good results especially on the old dog. He did have problems getting out of his bed but recentley behaves like a young dog.
