Joint supplements

I am just bringing my 20yr old boy back into work after a years lay off.

I am doing this slowly. I think because of his age giving a joint supplement as a preventitive would be a good idea. I am not aware of any changes in his joints but I think he is of an age where a little TLC would not go amiss.

Can anyone recommend a cheap supplement? I do know Corteflex is good, but expensive as I could be using it for (hopefully) many years.

My 25 year old mare is on equimins glucosamine it's around £15 but she seems ok on that, her joints aren't that bad but like you said TLC
