Jordan's Ban

Now that Jordan has been banned from driving for 6 months will she now have to do a proper wagon test to drive her 7.5 t horsebox again?

If you're banned do you have to do a new test? Or do you just get reinstated?

From what I can remember (not my own personal criminal experience I hasten to add) unless specifically ordered to re-take your test by the court then you just have to apply for a new licence. Memory has gone a bit hazy though.

You must apply for a new driving licence before you start to drive after your disqualification period has ended. You can apply to renew your licence up to 56 days before the disqualification ends.

doesn't indicate if grandfather rights are maintained though

Only has to re-test if required to do so by the court - else she re-applies for her licence and it becomes valid on the start date again... all old rights retained.
