What good service, my wellies got a small hole in them, I phoned them up, they apologised then gave me a freepost address. Then ask me to tell them what boots I would like as a replacement! Now have a nice new pair which also have a years guarantee on them, was very happy its not often you phone somehwhere and get such good service and no "press 1 for blardy blah!)

i had the same - bought mine from burghley and remembered seeing a 1 yr swap offer so emailed them and they said send them back for refund or another pair as they are having a few that split. V good service!
