Im so peed at Joules at the mo, placed an order on 15th April for £115 worth of stuff, it still isnt here. I emailed them last week and was told it had been dispatched, asked for tracking number, nothing!

Still isnt here, emailed again yesterday and they reckon they are sending a SECOND set out now and it will be here within 48hrs, as if they even sent the first!

never had problems before but they are taking the pish!

Yep I waited in the 2 days it was supposed to be here, and there have been no cards here and nothing left with the neighbours. grr!

St_Bernard, mistakes do sometimes happen. I ordered a sweatshirt back in January & it arrived promptly...but also included a cream-coloured gilet which I hadn't ordered!

In the packing was the Despatch note for the person it should have been sent to, so I emailed Joules & told them about their mistake. I gave them the person's name/order number and postcode, so they could dispatch another one to the other person waiting. They sent me a £5 voucher for my trouble & provided a Freepost addy which I sent it back to.

...You see honesty does pay and cream really isn't my colour!

LOL Jiffy! I dont mind about mistakes being made but I mind being told items have been sent out to me and being given 2 days when i can expect them, funny how they need to chase it up and cant give me tracking numbers LOL.

Ive never had a problem with joules before and Im sure my 'second lot' will be here soon, but I very much doubt they would be so quick to send me a second lt out if they had REALLY sent the first!

They are usually so quick and its 3 weeks now

St Bernard - I think there may be Joules orders going missing - I have never had problems in the past and even living here in Ireland have always found them very speedy (ie within the week) even when making returns or exchanges.
I placed an order on March 14th and received the email saying my order was being dispatched. I mailed them on April 14th when there was still no sign. I hadnt been too fussed as I thought that as it was new stock I'd ordered they may have run out.
When I contacted them they dispatched my order again straight away and I received it two days later. As I've no reason not to believe them Im assuming that there was either a major mix up in their ordering or stuff was going missing in the post.
