Julian Seaman - commentator & author? or 2 different people?

If anyone has read '16 hands between your legs' you'll know what i'm talking about..

I don't know if I sound really dim saying this, but is Julian Seaman (the author) also a commentator at BE events?

Because either him, or someone with the same name as him commentates at Broadway & Upton House & probably other events around that area!

Anyone know?
Just interested in finding out!!

He used to teach me at Pony Club (a long long time ago) and we used to laugh at him because his bum looked big in his breeches (and 25 years later so does mine!!)

He also used to event and rode round Badminton a good few times - came 9th one year I seem to remember, on a good old dark bay horse whose name escapes me - Master something. Anyway, he then got a grey called The Reverend and fell off about 4 times on the way round Badminton (wouldn't be allowed to topple off that many times these days!) - that's prob why he took up the journalism and commentary! He's a really nice guy.
 
I've looked through my 3 books written by him , but still can't remember the name of the horse !

I'll take a guess - Master Question ???

have just texted oh to see if he remembers - think he shod it a couple of times, and he can usually their names.
 
OK the oh has come up with the goods, it was Master Question, owned by Mrs Gormley, and I will not tell you what they used to call Julian, but am sure you can work it out.
