Im going cross country training tomo for out first xc on the 6th and there is a 75cm drop banking. going to practise them tomo but how do you jump them? in trot? in canter? sit back? lean back? any advice? ideas? thanks

I'm assuming you mean a drop fence?
If so, approach so the horse has time to see what they are doing, maybe try it the first few times in trot until you are ready and confident enough to canter. Lean back and shoulders back but don't get behind the movement. Slip the reins but maintain a supportive contact, so your horse doesn't land on it's forehand. Pick up your reins as quickly as possible on landing. The main thing is to remain in balance, so if your horse were to peck on landing you wouldn't go straight over its head!
