jumping distances

My sons instructor wrote down all the distances in paces for Gareth to practice jumping with me helping put them up..Of course I put my fleace in the washer together with to paper, anyone help!!!
Need distances for canter poles, double with 1 stride and 2 strides, and distances for 3 jump canter grid Penny is 15 hands. Oh and trotting poles. Cant ask her again she will think me thick

A rough guide:

Trotting poles about 3'6 apart
Canter strides are normally 3 decent human steps (12ft in theory)
One strided jump will have 7 human walk strides in it,
Two strided jump will have 10 human walk strides,

So you will have the jump, then 6 ft for landing, 12ft for one canter stride,(24ft if you want two strides) another 6 ft for take off then the 2nd jump and so on x

for a 15 hander i'd do them shorter than normal, unless she has an unusually big stride for a horse of that size.
i'd do trot poles at 3'6"
canter poles at 10-11'
double with 1 stride - 7 yards (if approaching from canter), 7 1/2 yards if the fences are biggish (3'3" +)
double with 2 strides - 11 yards (if approaching from canter), 11 1/2 yards if fences are biggish.
if you are getting her ready to cope with horse distances at BS and BE though, open them out a bit more to the standard horse distances.
if he's approaching the double in trot, shorten distances by about a foot or so.
