Jumping for the first time in at least 5 years HELP!

I am taking my share horse to a sponsored ride in May.... Ok I thought we'll just go for the jolly, dont actually need to jump the big scarey XC fences it'll be fine!

HOW wrong was i......... at the yard tonight his owners announce that they will come up early one day next week, to put some jumps up for me to practise over.... now i havent jumped in at least 5 years..... hadnt ridden properly for 3 prior to starting my share last september!

they know this and think it will be fun........ FUN??????

So anyone fot any tips for not killing myself or the 17hh WB i shall be jumping??

My tips for jumping (Am rather scared of jumping myself).
Jockey stirrups, a martingale/Breastplate/Neckstrap, OR ALL THREE

Breastplate check....... may need hole punch for the jockey stirrups.....

Im sure i'll be ok when I gt back into it... if i can actually get myself over the first fence!!
