Jumping lesson with my ex racehorse!!!

Well I went to my first showjumping lesson with my ex racehorse this weekend and he was awesome!!! i had a lesson with Barratt watson in suffolk and it was great!!
I took rocky for a girly weekend at my friends house and it was a shame it was raining. We did not get off to a good start as we were hacking down the road and when I got on Rocky my friends horse took fancy to him and tried to shag him!! Anyhoo off we went we had to hack across a XC course where my friends horse lost the plot so when we eventually arrived was a little nervous to say the least!! Well I should not have been be was a little star we jumped hanging gates and fillers then right at the end he wanted me to jump a small wall well there was a small parting of the ways! Rocky went left and I went though the jump hehehehe my fault was slightly ahead of the motion but then we came back around and jumped it!! Not bad for the first time away from home showjumping, had a fab time and can not wait for the next lesson.

Well done you. We told you you'd have a great lesson with Barrett didn't we. Did he set the jumps up as big as we said he could? Can't wait for the final mare here to go home and then get back over there with one of our boys.

So cool to see all the exracers in the magazine they ALL look fantastic!! I did not know they were putting Rocky in only picked up the magazine today and saw it!! Did they tell you guys??
