Can anyone recommend a jumping saddle suited to fit TB types? Now I've got my fantastic sue carson dressage saddle I don't have the money to afford a sue carson/wow/devoucoux, so I would like a nice second hand jumping saddle, up to £500 approx, but don't know where to start!

I texted my sue carson fitter to ask her what width the saddle she sold me was, and told her why, and shes said shes got a second hand sue carson jumping saddle for approx £1000 if I'm interested. What do I do!!! I would LOVE to get it, but it would be a tight christmas if I did...better start counting my pennies!!!

I sold my Sue Carson jumping saddle that was made for my TB because it was far too big a saddle for him. The gullet is absolutely huge which is great for a warmblood but not for a TB. Ok you dont want a saddle gullet to be too narrow but there is a balance to be struck.

I think that the Saddle Company event saddles are super nice, very comfortable to ride in, and the horses go Exceptionally well in them. and only £550 new, and they made to measure! Everyone dismisses them because they are cheap and look a bit cheap, but to me they are worth their weight in gold, because my horses go so, so very well in them.
