Took frankie out to his first competition since the beginning of june on tues, he had to have 4 months off due to a severe bout of lami 
come back after his holiday full force and sound as anything, so we pootled out to wellington ridings christmas sj only did the 2ft3 and 2ft6 pairs - namely because we had only managed to sj once since he started jumping at the beginning of the year!
He was perfect being bathed and trimmed, loaded beautifully, came out the other end looking all adult ( he is only 5 and done a handful of shows) and went to warm up for his first time indoor (didn't bat an eyelid, so proud!) Went lovely and jumped the warm up ok- into the class he absolutely flew, didn't look at anything in the big indoor, took our time as he has a tendency to get flat and not respect sj, so not against the clock and came out dc! So chuffed I nearly threw up! Ended up placing 6th against some speedy little ponies into the pairs he went amazing, this time kicked on and went clear again, in the lead till the last few pairs and ended up 5th, but soo proud! I know its nothing big or special but he is my baby and I adore him
