Thank youHello and welcome!
Love the username BTW ?
Thank youHi ?
To be honest I should have used “Way-Past-it” but “Knocking-on-a-bit” somehow made me feel younger ?Welcome , I suspect there are a few of us who are less than in the first flush of youth - myself included
Well I’m 67 which will probably make you feel a lot younger ?To be honest I should have used “Way-Past-it” but “Knocking-on-a-bit” somehow made me feel younger ?
Well, see how wrong you can be, I’m 72!! ?Well I’m 67 which will probably make you feel a lot younger ?
No need to stop. Unless your health fails, which I hope it wont. Like you I started at a RS when I was 61 (after 9/11 terrorism) , like you I had my beloved RS horse, and then a long term share. I have ridden for 22 years now and am on my third regular horse.I started 5 years ago, have ‘my’ riding school horse and love to think there’s no reason I should be giving up soon
I really enjoy reading your posts Skib and hope very much to follow in your footsteps (or should that be hoofprints ?)No need to stop. Unless your health fails, which I hope it wont. It is very odd because I never envisaged riding over the age of 70. I had a set budget to ride for 10 years.
