and the saga continues!
Sian had his x-rays - he has a slightly rotated pedal bone in one hoof. So not a fractured pedal bone, and not another abcess.
Vet has prescribed box rest, heart bar shoes and a pad on the affected foot, and to see him again in 4 weeks. to re-assess. Box rest could be anything from 2 to 6 months
So any words of comfort or advice would be most appreciated. He loves his stable mirror and that has helped calm him a lot (thanks to the kind person who reccommended that!), any other suggestions appreciated?
Damn having to get up and muck out before school! And stupid hay which has to be soaked!
