I thought I would take some pics of Amy wearing her new purchase which arrived today

And back indoors after our walk (hence please excuse the mud and mess everywhere

)

She moved at the wrong moment

But this is what Many spends most of her time doing

And yes, I must admit, for those who told me I was mad - I am mad

Having three dogs in this little space is very compact and bijou

but I love having three so we will cope

They look lovely and cosy in their dog rugs. And at home, well if you wasn't mean enough to disturb her sleep, I'm sure both those two photos had been an epiphany of cosiness.

By the way, is it just me, that thinks that Flick have a slight look of disdain over her face by standing there being tied up/being photographed, Islay looks to be feeling slightly sorry for herself and Amy looks as if she is interested in seeing what goes on elsewhere on the yard?

I think that is absolutely right FL

Islay doesnt feel she should ever be tied up, it is not suitable for a matriarch of her advanced years (she is all of 6 1/2

) and so she sulks whenever she is secured

Mind you she is also the one who obsessively chases cats if she ever gets the chance

Flick is trying to ignore Amy at the moment as Amy is the usurper to Flick's position as youngest newest hound

I know perfectly well that those two are going to be firm friends before long however

And Amy is just so inquisitive and friendly that she is always looking around to see what else is going on

I think Flick & Islay are just rather put out that Amy has a girlie pink coat whilst they have utilitarian navy.

AND she sleeps on a girlie pink blanket.....

Honestly Cayla I cant believe how fab she is being, it is like she has been here for ages

She is quiet, well behaved, friendly, happy.... just a joy to own

I cant wait until she and Flick get off the lead together they are going to go mad

I forgot to buy the essential cheese today though

so will wait until I have a suitable bribe for her

Three I think you had better book an opticians appt - Flick and Islay's coats are BLACK

I had to have a change for Many, I am fed up of not being able to tell the coats apart, as soon as I have some spare cash (hmmm, not for a while then

) Islay is getting a new coat of another colour so I can easily identify them all

The whippies on my yard turned up in fetching fleece jumpers today, one in red and one in lime green....

At least I think that's what colours they were!

Bless them they all look so cosy! I don't suppose a 26" blizzard coat would fit any of them, I bought one for ped not realising how big they come up.
