Grrr angry at myself for not staying on! Lost my stirrup as my young mare cantered off throwing in the odd bronk for good measure. I beat myself up thinking of everything i should have done differently.

Most of my falls have been stupid really!

As long as you are up and walking and fit to fight another day all is good It's always easy to look back and see what you could of done differently, but in that split second you just do your best.

I know the feeling.... fell off about 3 or 4 weeks ago...

Even the best of riders fall off, don't beat yourself up over it just tell yourself next time it happens you will be a little more prepared
