My mare is out on trial at the moment. Bless, everything was going really well until the other day, the rider and her friend went out for a hack, they had a canter, came back to a walk, then were faced with 2 horses coming roud the corner at a canter, Eb's and the other rider's horse spooked, and Eb's stumbled, her potential new owner fell off, and has slightly dented her confidence, let alone ended up a bit battered and bruised 
So I agreed to go and have a few rides on Eb's to keep her going while she recovers. I had such fun tonight, galloping across fields, jumping logs, and trundling through streams and rivers, with the womans 11 year old daughter, took me back to that age with my first pony, what is it about riding when you are that age? It is such a totally different type of fun that you have then. I am off there again tomorrow 
Completely pointless post I suppose but I had such fun, I just had to post it. Hopefully though, her trial owner will be recovered enough to get back on soon.
