as title says..my lab escaped earlier on this evening and got run over, when he came back and i saw his leg my initial thoughts were that he'd been in a fight. rang emergency vet who tried to convince me he would be alright until morning and then tried to fob me off by saying there would be a call out charge ! AND?
anyway she has cleaned him up he has a nasty wound on his back leg and lots of other grazes, he also looks like he has been burnt on his side but vet says its probably where he was dragged.
the bill for this evening alone is close on £200 and he will have to go back a few times to have the dressings changed.considering what he has been through he is his usual bright self and the vet even commented on him being a typical lab as he walked through the door still wagging his tail (and spraying blood everywhere in the process!) her room looked liked a mass murder had taken place by the time she had finished sorting him out!
