Or weekends!
There I was thinking I was going to have a relaxing weekend. Oh, how wrong was I.
1. Firstly, went to collect the liveries foal from the stud with her, came back to find my 5 y/o had wee'd and poo'd (and kicked her water buckets over!) so much in the stable, that she'd slipped over, pulled something in her hind leg and was holding it precariously in the air.
2. This morning, checked Spanner over, still slightly lame/very stiff. Typical.
3. Went to get games ponies in to find Moony standing, with blood running down her hind legs, with a huge chunk taken out of her leg, and a smaller rip accross the other leg. Sorted that, went to check the field for anything that could have done it. Nothing. Lame and stiff.
4. Got Breeze in to find she also had blood running down her hind legs, though more superficial than Moony's cuts, cleaned them up. Looks like they disagreed upon something and Moony had been cornered. :O
5. Went to get Tango in, to find he'd lost a shoe and have dressage qualifiers on Wednesday, so now need to find a farrier, as ours cannot do him 'til next week.
6. Indie, the foal, decided the electric wire was fun and got herself into another field and tangled herself up in it, and is now walking a bit strangely, think she'll walk it off though.
All in all a very eventful weekend. Can't beleive it all happened when I was the only one here this weekend! :O
