Just ordered from Robinsons

How are they at delivering the right goods on time?
Perhaps I shoud have asked this question before placing the order!

Mine normally arrives within 3-4 working days, never had any problems with them .

I have ordered from them several times, they aren't the quickest but I haven't waited over 5-6 days for my items I have found that they are very reliable too.

they sent my things out really quick so i was happy about that but a couple of weeks later i got a letter saying that my credit card had taken the money back so i needed to pay for the things i had.
i contacted my credit card company and they reassured me that they hadn't taken the money back and that the only way they could do it was if i asked them to.
anyway after 2 months of phoning the credit card company and robinsons and also sending robinsons proof that the goods were paid for i got a letter saying sorry it was a misunderstanding with their accounts, here's a £5 voucher!

i wasn't happy about that as it had stressed me out alot. i haven't used them for a couple of years now because i don't want to have to go through that again!

Use them all the time, have always found them very good, delivery is usually 4-5 working days and always comes by then!
