she is my first pony, but is proving too much for my children to be handling. its sad, but i know its the right decision. we can find something calmer. but how do i get through the non-horse period before i find something? how do others cope?

I know someone who is looking for something to bring on in our area, would be excellent home... but they only want to spend £1200?

I am just going through what you are going through. Just sold mine. Now looking for another. BIG danger is that you are so desperate for another horse you rush in, I am lucky this time. Lovely instructor drags me away kicking and screaming. In fact I think she is looking forward to going back to teaching young children. She finds them more mature!!!

lol!! good luck in your search. i already have 3 in mind, but, yes, it will be hard to wait. i;m not taking the kids with me to look, as they'll nag at me tog et the first one!!
