Just realised why my face hurts so much!

Have been feeling fairly rough since last Saturday and my mouth has been SO sore above my left front tooth!

I think I just worked out why!

I stupidly knelt down in front of one of the horses to put his over-reach boots on before my friend rode him....and he had a bit of a jump about because someone started their car...and I THINK he knee-kicked my face!

It couldn't have been that hard because there was no blood...but it must have been hard enough to cause pain/bruising/swelling in my jaw!

BTW, this horse is 17.2hh and has knees the size of grapefruits and as solid as cricket balls! It hurts

That has happened to me whilst putting travelling boots on (on the horse, not me obviously

It's feeling better today...still can't bite down onto it and it's been really painful cleaning around that tooth....but it's getting better!

Yesturday I couldn't move my lip to talk properly or even to smile...and I almost died at dinner coz my dad made me laugh at something and the pain I was in was unreal!

Swelling has gone down this morning though....and I feel a bit more myself in general!

Haha she can put his boots on today
